Are you really free to customers?
100% free to customers and we always will be!
Why may there be a charge just for tradeys?
We would love to keep the entire service free for everyone for ever, but we do have costs to cover. If we are able to utilise non-obstructive adverts to allow us to gain enough funds to keep on goiong, then it will remain free for everyone for ever.
If not, we may need to seek a small monthly contribution, we can't see it raising more than at most £5 per month (If it comes to that.)
Do you charge tradeys for each job taken on?
No, we hate the idea of taking a monthly fee (Worst case) then charging extra fees to actually use the service. It just seems a bit like a con to us.
Do you arrange costs or job charges for customers?
No. All we do is offer a service to help the customer and the tradey meet. We don't get involved or even want to know how much a job is going for. That's between the customer and the tradey.
What if my trade isn't in the list for customers to select?
Let us know ASAP, so we can have a big flap, run around with our heads on fire and get it added almost straight away. We think we have captured all the trades that normal customers would be looking for, but if not, we can only say sorry, look sad, and get it added.
What if the job doesn't work out, either way?
That would be really unfortunate!
All we offer is the link between the customer and the tradey. If either the customer pulls out after arrangments have been made, or the tradey just doent turn up, we can only offer our heart felt appologies and hope that you try again. over time, we will gather certain elements of information about both the customer and the tradey to offer a basic insite in the trends, such as a reliabilty scale for both customer and tradey.
